Our Cancellation Policy
At wing beauty pty ltd, we understand that sometimes plans change. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What is a cancellation policy?
A cancellation policy is a written agreement between a service provider and their client that clearly defines consequences, typically a fee, if the client cancels the appointment. The fee is either a percentage of the total cost of service or a fixed amount, that is a genuine reflection of the reasonable costs we have suffered due to the cancellation.

Where can you find our cancellation policy?
A link of cancellation policy is provided in both reminder SMS and emails, you can also find it when you make an appointment online or on our website. A cancellation policy contract is entered in ways that are by successfully booking appointments, agreeing over the phone.
How to avoid incurring cancellation fees?
We recommend clients provide 12 hours notice to cancel or change appointments.
Use cancellation link to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fee, cancellation link can be found in
1) Booking confirmation via email when booking is booked
2) SMS reminder-sent a day before appointment
3) Email reminder-sent two days before appointment
or you can ring/email the practice, however, a response delay can be expected, failing to contact the clinic would not be considered as other options of cancellation have been provided.
Cancellation fees
50% of the booked appointment fee will incur on
1) Failure to attend an appointment with less than 2 hours' notice
2) No Show-patients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us
Cancellation Fee Waiver
If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will NOT be charged a fee
You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees
Emergency situations will be considered for fee to be waived, such as illness, accident etc.
The cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full, on or before their next patient visit. Wing massage can refuse to provide further services for the client who refuses to pay cancellation without giving reasonable circumstances.
Late Policy
If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full duration of your appointment, however full payment is required.
